I am currently Freelancing as a Graphic Designer, and my name is Rishita. I want to now move forth with my career, and gain knowledge, and experience by working for you.
By working as a Junior Designer at CE Media, I have gained a lot of valuable experience, designing for Elite Business Magazine, and Elite Franchise Magazine. I also had the pleasure of designing e-marketing material, an event guide for our Shoreditch Exhibition, online advertisements, and print advertisements for many clients. I am also highly skilled with industry-standard design software, including photoshop, illustrator, and indesign. Along with some experience working with Muse, After Effects, and basic HTML coding.
Moving from CE Media, I started to freelance as a Graphic Designer for 3 years now, and have worked mostly on branding projects. I was lucky enough to be discovered by a company who wanted a children's video book designed. I was also approached by clients from London, Ireland, and San Fransisco, for logo's and social media marketing. It really has been an amazing journey. However now I want to work in a company to further my experience, and gain more skills.
By the look of my portfolio, I take great pride in the design work I create and always strive to deliver an effective, focused, and on-target product, that fits my client’s needs and goals. I work well with clients and consider myself a strong verbal communicator, pitch presenter and listener. I am a hard core working machine that can work collaboratively within a team, or individually. My career goals are to continue my efforts in becoming a stronger designer, step up to becoming a middle weight designer, and to work with so many awesome people.

During freelancing, I was delighted to brand a new startup business, called AromaLuxe London - Now renamed AromaLove London. I got an opportunity to design a children’s video book by Early Bird Kids Club. My time was spent mostly on designing logos for, a start up recruitment business, a kid’s cricket club, and currently designing for the Hindu Society at Hertfordshire university.
I have designed for an exhibition as well as email campaigns, wedding programs, and infographics.

Dj's Supermarket has been trading since 1992, and is owned by my parents.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to leave my WHSmith job, and work alongside family. I worked in the shop, and took over my Mother's care as she was suffering from Breast Cancer. I have been able to learn the retail trade down to the T. By working at DJ’s Supermarket I have been able to confidently carry out tasks such as being a cashier, assisting with cash & carry trips, off loading stock, shelving stock, cleaning, manage float, and help with the end of day cashing up.
By being in a strict environment, I was always kept on my toes, and continuously busy with tasks. There was always something to do.
