Prospecting for new clients using a presentation and showing products produced by Made as well discussing my experience in printing and finishing techniques in details. Print production by following up a new job with the client from the conception to delivery with advice on materials and techniques. Proposing a budget and adjusting the project to get into the client’s budget. Sustainable material resourcing. Organising exhibitions and events to promote Made.

Brainstorming and feasibility studies with the creative team on the concept of a project after the marketing brief. Technical recommendation (support and printing processes) as well as follow up of timing and budget for the production flow. Call for tenders: creatives if needed, retouching, photographers, printers, packaging suppliers. Select, negotiate and buy services with best vendor/supplier due to the price, quality and delay. Preparation of technical specificities, order forms and bills. Artwork control, manage and follow up of the workflow till delivery. Control quality on every stage of the production. Approval on the "Ready to print" proves as well as quality control before delivery. Study on improvements of existing project (such existing Menus and Brochures). Research for new and innovative ideas and technics.
