I'm a registered nutritionist and nutritional content writer specialising in plant-based nutrition. Having completed a bachelor's and a master's degree in human nutrition, I have developed a passion for sharing the evidence-based benefits of plant-based eating. I have also published an academic paper in the proceedings of The Nutrition Society contributing to the growing literature concerning gut health.
