I'm a senior branding designer. I design and develop corporate identities, look and feel, typography and type hierarchies, palettes, layouts, tone of voice and image. Increasingly this has involved providing UX and UI to create efficient and easily navigable interactions. For the past few years I’ve specialised in building brand and digital design systems and writing and creating brand guidelines. I develop and codify design rules that are on-brand, simple to execute and can be extrapolated for new situations and territories. I think beyond the situation and anticipate design problems to provide outcomes which work for a brand's future needs. This involves technical specifications, global approvals, guardianship and design development. I also work as a design manager ensuring that work is delivered at its best; consistent and protected across a business. I work on corporate identities and build design systems. This includes designing and organising visual assets, on-brand collateral and technical specifications for use across all formats and media. I specialise in developing and writing brand guidelines; making execution consistent and improving workflow across the brand program and its territories. Part of this is protecting the brand. I ensure that values and design standards are upheld and find solutions for specific instances.
