Flairbox is a revolutionary video sharing platform for talent discovery in the entertainment industry. Performers upload videos of them performing, those videos are then ranked by quality using our algorithm (based on both explicit and implicit interaction). The better the performer, the higher up the feed they go. Industry professionals can filter those videos down by any demographic, so immediately they have the best performers at the top of the feed for exactly the demographic they’re looking for. This saves more than 60 hours per role cast (when compared with current technology available), whilst simultaneously giving performers a creative platform on which to be seen and dramatically increasing diversity and accessibility of opportunity.
