About me
I am an Executive Creative Director with over 15 years of creative, design, digital and advertising experience. My experience and expertise is in integrated digital strategy and engagement, interaction design, branding and digital product development. I've led the implementation of large-scale interactive platforms, and integrated, digital experiences for companies like PwC, Xbox, Premier League, Kashi, Sam’s Club, Microsoft, HSBC, Lenovo, Nintendo, Colgate, Bear Naked Granola and the House of Marley. I've also led the strategy, product development, brand and visual design of the social e-reading platform, Copia, which was awarded the Best of Digital WPPed Cream Award in 2011. At VML London I sit on the management team, lead the creative department and oversee the creative strategy and execution for all clients. I am a unique digital creative, not only as a matter of experience, but in the understanding that digital changes everything. I believe there is not an experience in the world that won’t be transformed by digital technology, and the most challenging aspect this poses for today’s brands is how fast the extraordinary becomes commonplace. As a digital optimist, I aim to help tomorrow’s most successful brands thrive in a world of constant change and digital opportunity.

    As the ECD of VML London, I am responsible for all creative output of the agency, managing a thriving and fully-capable team of creative directors, art directors, designers, copywriters, and creative developers to deliver extraordinary, integrated brand experiences. We specialise in connected communications, uniquely powered by smart, adaptable platforms. We do this for esteemed clients like Bentley, Xbox, Virgin Active, PwC, Premier Inn, and the English Premier League. As ECD, I serve on the management team, where I actively help establish and deliver on strategic and business objectives.     As a Creative Director and ultimately a GCD in the Kansas City office of VML, I worked on a leadership team to manage an independent line of business responsible for it’s own revenue, profit, and creative output. I was responsible all creative output of the alignment team (approx 50 staff members), managing a thriving and fully-capable team of creative directors, art directors, designers, and copywriters, to deliver compelling digital campaigns for the likes of Kashi, Bear Naked, American Century Investments, House of Marley and the social e-reading platform Copia.
