Currently part of the successful Sales team at travel start-up Love Home Swap, within six months of starting I was promoted to the Retention team following consistent overachieving in the New Business team. I have been entrusted with various extra responsibilities including interviewing potential Sales candidates, as well as being part of the team who manages the budget and organisation for social events for the entire company. I was voted ‘New Recruit of the Year’ at the annual company awards in December 2016.
