Managing a range of projects depending on business need, with a focus on idea generation and digital product development. I use an insight driven customer centric approach to developing B2B and B2C services. I manage the development of products or services from initiation through to release, often involving an agile development process. This role job can lead to me performing different roles depending on the project, including project manager, product manager, product owner, business analyst and business architect.
Working closely with the executive team to design the Target Operating Model and new ways of working as part of a large scale transformation programme. This including leading on the development of the organisations first channel strategy, and digital services, including online forms and webchat tools.
Working directly with the Director of Communications and Customer Insight, my role was to ensure the range of projects across the organisation were in line with our communications strategy and advising colleagues on how to do this.
