Key Responsibilities:
● End to end management of the company's Technical Apprenticeship Programme across four departments from
ideation/initiation and estimating through to design, execution and benefit realisation
● Structure the curriculum and implement changes into schemes of work, series of lessons and individual lesson
plans
● Design and facilitate lessons and technical IT sessions
● Plan sessions to enable efficient marking and feedback with the aim of addressing knowledge gaps and
misconceptions, whilst preparing Apprentices for end point assessments (EPAs)
● Play a key role in the entire recruitment process for Level 3 Apprentices ranging from application selection,
interview process, candidate selection, and onboarding
● Monitor Apprenticeships progress by marking and assessing work, engage with discussions and question and answering sessions
● Promote a positive culture through reward and mutual respect, and set clear boundaries of behaviour
expectations to cultivate students that are aspiring, disciplined, and well-rounded

● End to end management of upscaling and growth of the company infrastructure by designing and deploying
numerous areas, including: Active Directory Design & Management (Azure & On-Prem) & ADFS, TLD Registration & Management, PKI Management (Public & Private CAs), DNS (Internal & External), MS Exchange (On-Prem), Microsoft 365 & Azure, Unified Communications (MS Lync, Skype for Business & Teams), Multi-Factor Authentication (RSA SecurID & Microsoft MFA), Access Control (Physical and Network), FortiNet products
