From project vision, strategy and planning through conceptualisation, ideation and prototyping to design, production and iteration – I am keen to participate and happy to manage at all stages of the process. I have a fanatical attention to detail both in terms of visual communication and user journey – I strive to create intuitive interactive experiences which excite, educate and inspire!
Since graduating from the Graphic Design for Interactive Media BA course at Bath Spa in 2005 I have created a broad range of immersive multimedia experiences and content across advertising, marketing, information systems and assessment – from engaging large-format touch screens and digital out-of-home advertising, to a (literally) brain-wave-controlled game (electroencephalographic), virtual reality environments, apps, websites and more!
I enjoy photography both professionally and in spare time using my full frame Canon mirrorless camera, in addition to videography, animation, and all things audio visual. I have a keen general interest in art, design, fashion, architecture, technology, gaming and love to travel outside of London and the UK when I can.
Finally, I am learning how to code – having completed the Front-End Web Development course at General Assembly, I am gradually expanding my knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 to design and hand-code a portfolio website for myself from scratch: robin-stephens.co.uk

I established and lead our Product Design team and was responsible for the original UX/UI Design of our flagship SaaS product Capptivate which we launched in Summer 2018 for Accenture and EY. Our ever-growing client list to date now includes Sky, NHS, KPMG, GSK, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Deloitte, Aviva, Barclays and many more!
Since joining, I have expanded the team by recruiting additional designers who I manage and support as part of agile, cross-functional squads. We work with our large team of Engineers, Assessment Consultants and Product Managers using a Scrum methodology as we iterate to expand and enhance platform functionality.
My remit also includes Creative Direction & Production of branded rich media content for client use on the platform.
