Robyn Leonie is on a mission to shatter the stigma around leading a healthy lifestyle through her Get Full of Yourself platform, public speaking and as an entrepreneur, giving the world a better alternative to coffee with her adaptogenic drinks brand ‘Adapt’.
Robyn’s personal journey as her own guinea pig, puts into practise her fascination for both the ancient teachings of natural healing, along with the newest discoveries. With a goal of discovering what the true ingredients to an abundant and happy life are, exposing our warped views, and disarming the wealth driven value system of the western lifestyle.
Discovering yoga in her teens helped spark a deep exploration into the world of health and healing. However always the explorer and wanting to push the boundaries, Robyn was not only exploring the light and healthy areas of our human experience. After years of health issues and the classic toxic city lifestyle, Robyn finally made a breakaway from her life in London and made it her mission to discover what’s really the recipe for a happy life - so moved across the world to New Zealand to find out.
At her most extreme peak, after years of self-study in mental, spiritual and cellular healing, Robyn found herself alone in an ashram on a self supervised 10 day water fast, documenting the whole experience. “Fasting for me is something that I take very seriously, it took me a year to prepare for that 10 days, and it was nothing short of transformational, a very pivotal experience in my understanding of our human needs, and the shocking affects of what we put in and on our bodies.”
Robyn’s strength is in leading others to discover the source of their own health and happiness, enabling them to disengage with societal conditions and embrace the power of both the present moment and their highest potential selves.
