• Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments while prioritising access and time with the Director.
• Booking and arranging international and domestic travel, transport and accommodation for management and the wider Corporate Affairs team.
• Assisting with organising events and conferences for BT.
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Managing databases and filing systems for accounts, agencies and the wider team.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems, including budgets and accounts.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
• Collating and filing expenses.
• Miscellaneous tasks to support the Corp Affairs Director and the wider team.
