• Managing multiple seasonal brand campaigns running across digital, social, OOH, magazine and experiential. Working closely with the Senior Leadership teams internally and externally to amplify key brand moments with innovative marketing strategies & executions.
• Working closely with senior internal and external stakeholders to maximise the opportunities of strategic brand partnerships within the Sneaker category ensuring commercial growth of key ASOS partners.
• Working closely with internal Project Management, Creative, and Social teams to execute brand campaigns, from initial brainstorm through to confirming execution plans and presenting final reports. Working with Culture Marketing teams to facilitate ASOS Insider and influencer seeding and activations.
• Compiling, analysing and presenting Post Campaign Analysis reports following each brand campaign. Responsible for presenting findings to client as well as internally to Leadership and Retail teams.
• Work with Customer Insights, CRM, Social and Marketing Analytics to tap into customer and sales data to support brand campaigns. Working closely with Customer Insights to provide regular customer data and sales data. Analysing any sales uplift based on marketing spend.
• Work with multiple brand’s visual merchandising and sales team to bring product expertise and insights to wider ASOS teams (VM, Copy, Customer Care, Studio, Fashion, Social) by setting up and leading Brand Immersion days.

1. ASOS Go Beyond Basic: Account Director & lead on the ASOS Global account responsible for the strategic/creative approach , planning and execution of the globally recognized “Go Beyond Basic” campaign. The integrated acquisition lead campaign (Digital, Media, Paid Social & Experiential) included over 100+ live dates in 8 countries globally (EU, AUS, US) over the span of 7 months.

2. Tinder U: Account Director & Lead on the Pan EU Tinder account executing integrated brand lead campaigns. Responsible for developing and making a business case for Pan EU strategy that includes integrated campaigns across the U.K, France & Germany. Results: Increased Tinder NPS scores , 12% usage increase amongst the audience to date , Increase in brand association scores, extended programming with 50% investment increase annually
