About me

I am a native Brazilian who has lived in the UK for the past 30 years. I worked for the BBC World service as a radio producer and foreign correspondent co-ordinator for several years. Since then I have branched out into writing and producing for theatre as well as translating, tutoring and doing voiceover work. I am fluent in both English and Brazilian Portuguese and am keen to apply my specialised linguistic background and writing skills to exciting researcher and development roles in TV, advertising and film.

A year long masters programme that taught me the principals of writing for stage and screen. The MA culminated in me writing my first full length play Mona and I which has gone on to enjoy professional theatre runs in both the UK and Brazil and receive several prestigious awards.
