About me
I have recently completed a Masters course at Goldsmiths University, obtaining a MFA with Distinction in Contemporary Art Curating. During this period, I have also been working part time for arts and culture PR firm Money+Art which has included writing press releases, developing campaign strategies, researching art markets and pitching to journalists on behalf of galleries. I work well in a team and also on my own using my own initiative. I have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
During my Masters course at Goldsmiths I developed a research specialism in feminism, ecology and spirituality. I have developed an exhibition that will unpack the combination of these themes that will take place in the Summer after having been postponed from April due to the pandemic. Developing this exhibition has led me to gain skills working and communicating with artists and the gallery, developing and executing a curatorial strategy and timeline, working flexibly with changing circumstances and artistic preferences, writing text for website, catalogue, social media and a press release.
