Roma has spent over 14 years as Brand & Digital Creative Strategist trying to understand human behaviour at blue-chip marketing & advertising organisations such as American Express, Ogilvy, Publicis Groupe, McCann, & BBDO in Sydney, Singapore & Mumbai covering Global, AUNZ, ASEAN & India markets.
She has planned & launched insightful & effective campaigns for a diverse clientele, spanning across diverse industries. Some of her key brands include Sony, Samsung, IBM, BlackBerry, Intel, Vodafone, Foxtel, Huawei, Mitsubishi, Guinness, Campari, Pernod Ricard, Yellow Tail, Cadbury, Ferrero, Kraft Heinz, Sanitarium, A2 Milk, KFC, Coca-Cola, AirAsia, L'Oreal, Garnier, Pears, Blackmores, Bunnings, Bridgestone, Westpac and more.
Her works have been recognised, one of them being The EFFIE Gold for Cadbury. She was also chosen as the first round judge for EFFIE Australia 2019.
Last few years, she has been experimenting with her entrepreneurial spirit, having launched three planning initiatives, 1. BRANDSELF (www.brandself.net), a freelance strategy initiative working across a variety of brands and industries in a highly collaborative set-up; 2. SELFCONCEPT (www.self-concept.net), a self-awareness platform gathering true human insights, where training from Mind Master Tony Buzan on Mind Mapping techniques helped her think divergently; 3. The Account Planning Group, a way to give back to the planning fraternity with an intent to build a collaborative and cohesive planning community.
Certified as the Official Mind-map Coach by the inventor of The Mind Map, Tony Buzan, the Mind-mapping technique is thoroughly infused in her ways of working. Her recent training on Big Data, Cognitive Analysis & Artificial Intelligence has only made her more hopeful of exciting times in this new era of Account Planning.
In her free time she drives her humanitarian initiative, Royale Artisan (www.royaleartisan.com), which she has founded to give back to the talented rural artisans, tries her mind at poetry, plays the guitarlele & experiments with acrylic paints on square shaped canvasses. A lover of philosophy, she is working everyday to become a better human being.
