I have been involved in four different projects with the following responsibilities (from the more recent to the oldest):
- Corporate Identity (May 2010 – December 2013): Responsible for creating a consistent corporate identity for all the companies of the group. Coordination of all the external agencies involved in the projects. Responsible for creating a new worldwide advertising campaign both online (new website) and on traditional media. Responsible for managing all the corporate events during the annual international trade fairs, especially in Italy and in the middle east.
- Corporate Public Relations (July 2009 – April 2010): Responsible for managing business two business corporate relations with different organizations.
- Sales (January 2008 – June 2009): Responsible for selecting and implementing a fully integrated ERP system to manage both the orders and the supply chains between all the companies of the group. Also, I was in charge to create an automatized post-sale structure and to implement a new international sales structure based on external insurance.
-Management of suppliers (January 2008 – June 2009): co-responsible of redefining the supply chain after the company decided to outsource the production of three main components used for assembling the final products. Specifically, based on the forecast produced by our team about the stones that would have been fashionable among architects, I had to look for the right suppliers and negotiate prices and details of delivery with them. I also traveled on a regular basis to meet our suppliers in order to strengthen our relationships.
