I have 4+ years of administrative and customer support experience from working in the PBSA sector, and have since moved to working in Publishing. As Publicity Assistant, I provide administrative support to the Publicity team across a wide variety of campaigns, with responsibilities including event planning, press releases, press requests and mailings, social media, and financial administration.
