I am an Associate Director at Major Players and I oversee permanent recruitment teams across client services and strategy and planning. Client Services is a team of 8 that work as part of a collaborative team to cover every discipline from traditional advertising to direct marketing to experiential and content. Two consultants in this team are freelance specialists for any short term, quick turnaround needs you may have. Strategy, Planning, Research & Insight, Innovation and Growth I oversee a team of 3 and work closely with the managing consultant on that team to ensure best practice is in place and the team are developing. My core passion though, is and will always be introducing great candidates to great clients and forging long lasting relationships with the people I work with. I am determined to provide an excellent service at all times and really understand what both parties need and want in order to create great partnerships.
