- Art FundArt Fund has been supporting galleries and museums for over 110 years by providing people with a National Art Pass. A National Art Pass subscription is a charitable donation which allows Art Fund to connect people with art. Whilst at 101 London I was responsible for designing and art working OOH for the 2016-17 Art Fund campaigns. These advertisements were seen up and down the country. Creative Asset and Image CoordinatorArt Fund

Commission photography of special projects, museum visitors and professionals, events and products for use across the organisation
Research, plan and commission photography in collaboration with colleagues according to special projects, and create self-directed briefs for general use imagery
Maintain a regular commissioning schedule to plan content in advance, and respond to ad-hoc photography requests
Balance priorities for simultaneous projects in order to meet tight deadlines
Develop a network of freelance photographers and stylists
Develop briefs for different audiences, from students to high-level donors
Negotiate licensing fees, recruit models and manage all associated budgets
Direct shoots when on-location, e.g., for Out of Home advertising campaigns featured across the TfL network (trains, buses and bus stops)
Assess wide edits and make selects according to details of the brief and brand guidelines
Upload and tag assets on the Digital Asset Management system (DAM), review external uploads, and provide peer training on the system
Keep up-to-date on copyright law to advise colleagues across the organisation on compliance and risk management
Ensure that assets are GDPR compliant
