Decisions are informed using past sales data and upcoming trends in order create a customer centric range that are in line with brand strategy - Collaborating with all members of my team, including merchandising and fit technicians as well as other departments such as marketing and styling to get the best out of our products - Communication and negotiation with Suppliers to ensure samples are delivered in line with deadlines and to the required specification - Attend fit meetings to oversee design and fit amendments - Taking ownership of sample management so that samples are available on time for photography and meetings - Multitasking to manage multiple seasons at once - Completing competitor reports through weekly monitoring of competitor websites, Edited and in person shopping to ensure we remain in line with the market
