Responsibilities:
• Managing and visiting a database of stores on a quarterly basis.
• Drive distribution and visibility of Red Bull’s full product range across all stores.
• Structuring my time in role through both a personal, and a business development plan.
• Work collaboratively internally and externally to drive growth.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Design and development of new Point of Sale displays interrupt shopper journeys to drive growth and distribution further in store. Managed a team of three, reporting into the Shopper Marketing team, carried out design sessions, focus groups and case studies.
• Lead ‘Engagement’ sessions with my regional team, developing a strategy over the year to ensure a happy and efficient working environment.

• Experience in handling a retailer’s objections and add value to their business.
• Data analysis to identify gaps and working effectively to minimise these gaps.
