  • • Managed Redken’s first paid media activity with our media agency partner; £5k investment driving to sampling campaign. KPI – recruitment of new customers to Extreme haircare franchise, capture customer data to increase CRM database. Result: 1 million unique reach,  +540 new customers to the page, 1.5k newly acquired email addresses, franchise in growth at +34%. • +234% growth of Matrix Instagram followers from Jan-June 2015 • Design, wrote and sent out monthly email campaigns for all brands. KPI – OR of 19%, CTR of 2.8%. Result: 21.04% OR and 3.5% CTR, 5% above industry average for a non-transactional brand. • Ran digital training workshops for major salon groups, such as Toni & Guy, George Northwood and Essensuals on how to use digital to drive their salon businesses. KPI – build relationships with salon partners. Result: Improved salons social performance and built strong relationships with their teams.  • Managed eMerchandising and brand boutiques of all online retail partners. KPI – premium brand execution animating launches leading to increased sales. Result: +25% YoY turnover for Redken. • Re-launched Redken blog as hub of shareable, local content to improve SEO performance of site. KPI – increase on page dwell time vs. global content. Result +01:15 seconds.
