This is an administrative roll with major responsibilities relating to the management of the NICS general office estate across Northern Ireland. I currently liaise with clients, landlords and solicitors on a daily basis via office systems and would often attend meetings throughout the country. My responsibilities would include decision making in relation to maintenance projects and spending approval for minor works.
