As a producer I have worked across many different productions, both in and outside of comedy and sport. Graduated back in 2019 from St Mary's University with a first class honours (1:1) and since then have gone on to produce a variety of comedy podcasts such as ‘The Bugle’ and ‘The World According to Tubsey and Hyder’. Through my role as producer I've written scripts, integrated new ideas as well as liaise with talent and edit episodes weekly. Starting out in radio I've been a production assistant on various radio such stations, one including ‘Mi-Soul Radio’ working with the personalities Tosca Jackson and Ronnie Herel. Other roles include assistant producer, writer, editor, script editor. Being a producer, I’ve managed a wide range of media talent and projects with personalities like boxer George Groves, alongside radio presenters like Andy Bush. I've further worked in a variety of sectors such as leisure, business, health, and politics. As a producer, I regularly organise studio recordings as well as obtaining and communicating with guests and talent. Alongside producing full-time, I have dipped my toe into side projects with independent hosts and podcasters, helping individuals develop their own shows and make them more attractive to wider audiences. Through my experiences of producing shows, I have worked with multiple different types of comedic figures, from stand-up comedians such as Felicity Ward and Chris Addison, to actors like Allan ‘Seapa’ Mustafa, otherwise known as MC Grindah from the hit TV show ‘People Just Do Nothing’. From a project management perspective, I’ve dealt with managing show budgets and have continuously worked closely with commercial directors, PR agencies and other external production companies with the goal to grow shows and build audiences.
