Food Service Product Catalog - Developed the iPad Prototype.
Analyzed the challenge through field visits and discussion with Department Leaders. eveloped a Product Prototype, experimented with interaction methods, to arrive at the proposed product. Discussions with Executive Management on measured metrics of existing vs. future state enabled Budget Estimation to take place. Managing external vendor submissions.
Consumer Recipe Website - UX Prototype
In close collaboration with the In-house Culinary and Recipe Department, I enabled the formalization of customer needs and company goals for this project. I authored the strategy to enable over 5000 recipes to be transformed into a customer-centric platform. User research conveyed the clarity of information hierarchy required to optimize usability with over 80% of users.
Ecommerce Engagement Program
Met with leading industry provider of product information to digital platforms. Defined the options to improve the coordination with Simplot. Reviewed system information structure to enable greater alignment and accuracy across COO labelling, Allergies, Ingredients, Nutrition, and product photography.
