Challengers are a regional charity dedicated to breaking down the barriers to play by providing a fun, safe environment for disabled children and young adults across the South East of England. I am responsible for utilising digital channels to raise the profile of the charity as well as lead on user research to gather valuable data which increased engagement across various platforms and services.
My duties includes:
- Direct line management of one Communications Officer to provide assistance on email and website campaigns.
- Implementing testing strategies to our email, website and social platform to constantly learn from our users.
- Utilising our CRM (Salesforce) along side our ESP (DotDigital) efficiently to create audience segments, combined with insight data and automation techniques to provide greater engagement touch points for each audience base.
- Using Google Analytics and Excel to display data in a visual way which has allowed for reasoning behind implementing changes through various digital channels
Generate innovative marketing campaigns from planing, execution and present the results for other departments and stakeholders.
- Implementing and using certain digital tools to create a new way of working which has allowed us to attract new users as well as engage with existing audiences in different ways.
