As part of a small team I’ve been responsible for the growth of a collection of pubs from 1 to 12 sites across London
Responsibilities • Leading the annual marketing strategy for the group, working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and the CEO to deliver year on year growth Overseeing all aspects of Marketing & PR including but not limited to: budgets, websites, email marketing and CRM, advertising, social platforms, events, identifying and delivering brand partnerships, pop up activations (specifically food and drink related), managing the inception and delivery of all creative campaigns, concepts and promotions, managing all PR activity for the business Responsible for managing the marketing launch plan for new openings and adapting these during the first few months of opening until the new business has had time to acclimatise Leading brand strategy from bottom up engaging all stakeholders, creating a clear and focused vision relating to all brand elements/touch points and the customer journey on a whole • Line management of a Marketing Executive and support of the Sales & Events Coordinators per pub
Achievements Delivering as a team 32,111 covers across Hippo Inns for the festive period, up 12% like for like from previous year Managed the redesign of the main Hippo Inns website and the pub websites working closely with our digital agency 2018’s ‘Ginuary’ campaign delivered an increase in gin sales of 35% when comparing like for like from the previous year
