• Supervising the creative development of all commissioned production
• Advising Senior Producers and Editors during various stages of production
• Producing 2 seasons of ‘the Stage’, the biggest live Persian singing talent show in the history of broadcast television receiving public votes 3 times the British X factor, with a budget of £5M
• Developing formats and content for programs
• Overseeing budgets and production schedules into various stages of production
• Signing off final content for broadcast from a creative, technical and editorial standpoint
• Attending casting sessions and selecting contestants for reality based television shows
• Recreating and revamping current formats
• Managing talent in terms of creative briefing and schedules
• Producing and directing channel indents, seasonal promos for a variety of genres
• Directing VO artists and their schedules
• Producing and directing 30 min stand-alone biographical shows on famous successful individuals across Europe
Producer
- Full Time
• Series producing a female talk show with a panel of 3 successful women from varied backgrounds focusing on ground breaking and controversial topics (equivalent to “The View” on ABC )
• Guest Producer and producing VTs for 60 minute magazine shows targeted at a 15+ age group
• Overseeing set designs, graphics and the overall look of the show
• Co-producing a Persian singing talent show with a viewership of 30 Million per episode and a budget of £3M
• Producing running orders and finalising shooting scripts
• Writing and Producing a reality based cooking show on international cuisines and in various geographical locations
