About me
Experienced, versatile editor / writer with deep wells of cultural knowledge, up on the zeitgeist whether the arts or tech, politics or psychology. Excellent critical thinking skills, and intently organised, loves working with a team but also happy alone. Takes pleasure in the minutiae of subbing and big picture strategising. After many years of editorial expertise in print and digital, and over a decade in film, I have honed and curated content for most mediums, spanning digital marketing to screenplays, with award-winning results. I also have an insatiable need to keep learning – in the last few years I co-wrote, produced and directed a short film that won prizes, earned an Advanced Diploma in Strategic Social Marketing and graduated with a Foundation Certificate in Counselling Skills.

Conceptualised, produced and managed award-winning transmedia marketing for feature film:
‘A Dangerous Method’ (Dir: David Cronenberg). The film is about Sigmund Freud and Karl Jung and the beginning of psychoanalysis. They both believed that interpreting your dreams could hold the key to your unspoken fears and fantasies. With ThinkJam, we designed a data-harvesting website that scanned social media for references to dreaming, giving us a window onto the desires and anxieties of our time, interspersed with evocative quotes and clips from the film.
