Design InternRoksanda Illincic
- London, United KingdomInternship
While working for luxury fashion brand Roksanda, I assisted in the design team in a variety of daily tasks.
I sourced fabrics from across London, assisted in draping, created colour-ups on Photoshop of illustrations across the collections, assisted on photo shoots and castings, as well as editing commercial imagery for the website.
I undertook research for the upcoming seasons as well as organising and keeping track of stock, previous season garments and the fabric archive.
I also supported the production team with pattern cutting when the extra assistance was needed.

Studio InternElliot Collective
- NetherlandsInternship
In my role as the first intern at sustainable fashion brand Elliot, I assisted with all tasks undertaken in the company from creating the patterns and sewing the garments, to managing the finances of the sales at events and uploading garments to the website.
As the first intern of a small company, I got an insight to the ins and outs of a start-up and what it takes to create one. I was allowed a lot of creative freedom and fully involved in the process from research and draping to pattern cutting and construction.
I developed my machinist skills to a professional level.
I sourced sustainable materials both organic and dead-stock and experimented with natural dyeing.
I styled pieces for promotional photoshoots and performances as well as for ecommerce.
