About me

Since an early age, I've been fascinated with Science, Physics and Technology. I began my career in the IT world with Microsoft and Cisco Systems certifications. After obtaining my certifications I developed a passion for IT training and became a Cisco Certified Academy Instructor. I joined the company I currently work in about 14 years ago mainly for IT Helpdesk tasks, and since that time I already covered a wide range of areas. In the last 8-10 years I have been focused on software testing, department training/coachhing, technical specifications writing and project management regarding developments for the company’s B2B online reservation system. I'm a highly motivated and organized person capable of focusing on the goals to achieve. I have a strong analytical mind combined with very good communication skills, which allows me to bridge and "translate" technical concepts between developers, managers and users. I'm currently looking for a new professional challenge, in order to further develop my active resources, learn new skills and serve my new company so it can reach its objectives.
