I am a highly motivated and charismatic individual always looking for that bigger challenge and to learn and develop new skills. Whilst still using my experience in store management, I am now working towards transferring my skills into event management and marketing. Currently working at store level as an assistant manager for TOMS. In this role I have the opportunity to go beyond your average Store management role. My area of focus is to organise specially designed events to help community building in our TOMS London Community Outpost. My aim is to build brand/store awareness through exciting activations at store level to engage our customers further than just a shopping experience with us. The main project I am currently working on is our Unplugged sessions, my hope is to build awareness and target a wider audience, by incorporating music into the store atmosphere. The key for this to succeed is to bring exciting, trend setting bands in the current market to create a buzz and content for social media with integrity and longevity.
