I am an interdisciplinary designer with an interest in business design, digital service, human happiness and future design. Across my work I have accumulated a wealth of experiences using a range of methodologies, working as a part of multidisciplinary project teams to create value and build relationships between people and businesses.     I have worked on a range of projects and helped shape solutions focused on digital inclusion, citizen participation, and start-up incubation—these experiences showed me how much I enjoy the challenge of using strategic design to address complex systems-level questions. I came to the programme with a background in UX—I have since grown my capabilities in designing individual touchpoints and rapid prototyping while learning how service design methods can support end-to-end service delivery.
