I have been working in advertising and marketing for over 17 years in every role in studios spanning Artworking and Design to Director of Studio. I have setup and overseen design for both digital and print, artwork, digital builds, press repro, initiated processes, delivered profits and improved creativity. In the past 5 years I have also been required to think strategically for individual jobs and am a sounding board for problem jobs. I pride myself on working well with others, helping them to produce high quality work, accurately, to tight deadlines and on budget.
After starting as a Creative Artworker I was promoted to Studio Manager in December 2003, I helped develop the studio along with an ambitious agency growing from 4 to 15 (agency numbers: 35-115), the skill sets managed ranged from Junior Artworkers to Prepress and Designers/Typographers.
