Evolve and help launch the rebrands. • Successfully launched the new brand identities for the group, including the giants of BT, EE and the internal Group brand. • Strategically planned and tactically implemented the in-house creative facility. Skillsets included Conceptual Design, Copywriting, Film, Motion and Project Management. • Built a high-performance creative team of 25 FTEs, plus freelance, tasked with increasing ROI’s and ensuring all comms are customer focussed. • Crafted brand strategies, designed and executed campaigns, implemented best practices, provided innovative and cost-effective solutions; saving £3.5m annually.
