About me

I’m Ruth, a recent Illustration Graduate from the University of Portsmouth and I am seeking a role within the creative and design industry. My degree enhanced my artistic nature and instilled many practical skills, from Social Media management to Riso-graph printing, that I will bring to your organisation. Since finishing University I’ve continued my personal development through attending industry courses, most recently I’ve achieved an Adobe Certification for Graphic Design & Illustration/Print & Digital Publication. In addition to my day-to-day role I’ve worked as a freelance graphic designer and produced work for local businesses and personal commissions through social advertising. My work observes humorous social behaviour through quirky promotions, in the current climate full of negative press I like to emit light heartedness through my designs. I’m a hard-working, dedicated personality who is eager to join a likeminded team and achieve first-class results for the organisation.
