About me
I am an MA graduate who is looking for full time work in the creative sector. My MA gave me practical and academic curatorial experience, allowing me to develop my interests in digital and net art in particular.
Since leaving university I have been developing my own commission-based business as an artist and writing articles relating to art theory, particularly through the lens of femininity for online based publications.

My role was to support the marketing department in content creation during the busy evening auction period. This included but was not limited to; analysing research and extracting relevant information; assisting with the production of auction live-streams, data entry, and preparation of running orders; ensuring specialists were taken care of whilst on set; using Adobe Photoshop to edit on-screen graphics and converting image files to correct formats.

During this course I covered key aspects of curatorial culture and theory, such as contemporary gallery strategies and methods, alongside the role of biennials, public artworks and commissions.
I gained experience writing on varying themes during this course, including
depictions of maternity in the visual arts and appropriation as a method of art making. My focus ended up exploring the relationship between digital technologies (specifically AI) and contemporary art practices. I also took part in student led exhibitions as an artist and curator.
I achieved a Merit in this course.

During this BA I covered everything from the fall of the Roman Empire to the Iranian Revolution. In my final year I decided to focus on intellectual and French history, taking courses in the history of modern thought and writing my dissertation of the May 1968 protests.
This course allowed me to develop a strong academic writing style, become familiar with key texts from European history and develop thorough research skills.
I achieved a 2:1 in this course.
