    Drove growth and performance of IFF’s Interviewing Services Directorate, developing and leading a team of 50 Team Leaders that manage a cohort of 800 Interviewing Services employees, over a period of record revenue and profitability for the business. - Built a function of 50 high-performing Field Team Leaders, facilitating delivery of large-scale, high-profile contracts with major corporate and government institutions; doubled Team Leaders to 50, hiring and training >70 contract and permanent team members. Liaised with Operations leader on project requirements and resource management. - Established robust, best practice workflows and processes for Field Team Leaders, enabling them to provide effective quality assurance and regulatory compliance oversight of up to ten, concurrent B2B and B2C projects, conducted by > 800 Interviewing Services staff. Led performance management, including disciplinaries. - Played a key role in transitioning all Team Leaders and Interviewing Services employees to remote working amidst global pandemic; instituted new ways of working, new approaches to communicating project briefs, and new methods for ensuring team member performance, engagement, and wellbeing. - Built strong, positive relationship with Research Leaders, securing earlier involvement in research design; this ensured development of effective, workable plans for Interviewing Servicing teams, improving project outcomes and reducing remedial work.
