    ● Receiving AV Plans and booking all aspects of media buy (TV, Digital Audio, Cinema and VoD) onto CARIA and Medex systems ● Create value sheets to track value and ratings throughout the month and make necessary turnarounds before the campaign goes live ● Monitor delivery of VoD, cinema and digital audio in conjunction with agency deals, targets and request any optimisations as necessary ● Liaise with media owners to keep up to date with their latest propositions ● Compile and present PCA’s to client once a month ● Compile and share up to date spot times and VoD reports to the client weekly ● Ensure regular catch-ups are held with the planning teams to understand any issues or challenges we will face from the client ● Manage relationships and expectations from the client daily ● Working on clients including BetVictor & Confused (including working on Confused’s DRTV campaigns) and performance aspects of the clients ● Worked with the partnerships team in both PHD and ITV to help secure Confused sponsorship of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire & BetVictor’s package over the 2020 World Cup
