Customer Happiness Officer
Working in a vibrant London start-up environment, this role is for a clever little mobile app to make the chore of doing grocery shopping more pleasant. Because of the complexity behind the automated system, I'm positioned as the human touch to help more and more people benefit from it.
It's my role to guide new users smoothly into the journey, to listen to them for valuable feedback, and to organise the noise into meaningful suggestions to make Shopitize better and easier to bring value to our community.
