About me

As a traditionally trained 2d animator I have a strong understanding of principles key to the art form. I have been able to apply this knowledge to become competent in many different mediums’ from 3d CGI to stop motion. I am experienced in all the core software systems needed for each stage of the production pipeline. As an Experienced 3d generalist I have become proficient in many areas of CGI, including specialising in simulations and physics from particulates to debris. Much of my spare time is spent researching the latest software solutions and devising pipeline integration procedures. I have both directed and animated on many client projects from 3d CGI music videos to stop motion corporate advertisement campaigns for companies as prestigious as Sony, I.B.M, W.W.F and Aviva. As a director I am confident with instructing and leading a team. I enjoy all challenges animated projects offer with a strong understanding of the importance of efficient time management. As a lecturer in animation and Vfx this is a discipline I’m keen to pass on to students and colleagues. I now specialize in high-end photo real product based 3d animations for some of the biggest brands in the world. I currently work at Adcontent as the lead 3d artist.
