    After joining Lavenham in January 2021, I’ve increased house account (UK, EU, Asia) wholesale sales by 103% from AW21 to AW22, contributing to a 33% increase in wholesale revenue globally. Key contributions include – • Cultivating the largest increase in season-to-season sales out of all territories, distributors and sales teams. • Effective management of external distributors and sales agents (Canada/US, Italy, S Korea) • Effective management of all collaboration partners from inception through to launch (Nicholas Daley, Phoebe English, Sunspel etc.) • Increased brand awareness through strategic wholesale partners including Dept stores, Large Online Retailers, independents and lifestyle stores. (Browns, Fenwicks, Mr Porter Bureau Belfast, Oi Polloi, Peggs & Sons etc.) • Being the first point of contact for any queries and issues. • Identified and approached new wholesale partners, negotiating all terms and conditions for a successful partnership. • Monitoring and regularly report on key KPI’s for existing and new accounts, providing detailed analysis as appropriate, and acting on any findings. • Develop and implement the seasonal wholesale strategy in line with design teams and the overall brand strategy. • Implement effective sales campaigns, leading all showrooms and presentations to reach set sales targets. • Work with the accounts and retail teams to conduct and coordinate brand training where appropriate. • Work with the ecommerce teams to ensure all partners are representing Lavenham correctly, and that all pricing and product information is up to date. • Form close relationships with internal stakeholders (Head of Brand, Japan Design & Sales, Factory/Production, Retail, Ecommerce etc) to co-ordinate smooth deliveries, payments and product launches. • Worked effectively within the brand and as part of a larger portfolio of brands including Fred Perry, George Cox, Jackman and more.
