Heading up the design department to develop and implement consistent branding across all the departments and their visual outputs. Alongside this I was involved in creating a new design process to manage workflow across the different teams in the agency. I worked in-house to create a range of different user focused designs to boost conversion rates for the agency’s marketing campaigns. I lead the brand develop within Ignition to produce a more focused visual presence to attract larger clients.
