Whilst working as an assistant producer and researcher for channels such as Channel 5 and E4, I was able to develop and launch social media advertising campaigns to raise interest and awareness about the targeted program and increase applications and monitor campaigns on a daily basis.
I have a professional phone manor and have conducted telephone interviews in order to find out in depth knowledge about the applicants who had applied to take part. Building and maintaining an external relationship with contributors negotiation payments or fees was crucial to success of the program. My other duties included creating and organizing legal in multiple excel databases, handling sensitive information and organizing and coordinating shoots. I was able to write creative and entertaining biographies on the contributors who were going to take part in the program as well maintaining a high level of factual accuracy.
Whilst working on shows you would be constantly working to moving tight deadlines in a busy office but remaining focused on your targets. Remaining highly organized whilst multitasking on the phone updating documentation and writing important information about the contributor, whilst having a keen eye for attention to detail. Also creating flyers on Photoshop for social media out reach and editing on premier pro casting tapes and tester tapes. In my spare time as a hobby I created a clothing brand called @Aventuslondon which I arranged photo shoots found locations created a website , designed clothing via Photoshop and illustrator and also ran the Instagram, Twitter and Facebook pages.
Although I worked in the television industry for the past four years, I am not only excited by the thought of a new challenge but I have the passion and great understanding for YouTube, Facebook and all social media platforms coming from an AP background. I have a strong passion for TV content but understand verbal and written communication skills needed for me to be successful in roles.
