As a Specialist, we help create the energy and excitement around Apple products, providing the right solutions and getting products into customers’ hands we understand that the Apple Store is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. Working at Apple I was constantly working alongside and supporting my colleagues the best way I could, one such instance was when demonstrating a new Lego product that is compatible with AR (Augmented Reality) with our iPads and iPhone.I had time to play and test out the product and shared my findings with other colleagues how came to the game section that I was placed at.It was fun to engage with them and see them help other customers engage and experience a new fun product. It is fun to share what you know we all can learn from each other and do our job better and help the company and organisation as a whole and help our clients. It starts with you discovering customers’ needs. And with the support of our store team members, we match those needs with the right products. Every day is an opportunity for us to turn another Apple Store visitor into a loyal Apple customer. I represented Apple in the store with my uniform I demonstrated products from Lego sets with iPad or iPhone compatibility to photography accessories and of course our products. I worked on the day of the launch of the new air pod pros I helped set up new air pods for customers.Once finished with the transactions I did VAT forms, processed returns and exchanges iPhone set ups at the set up lounge.I helped with Today at Apple sessions in the forum and checked members of the public into the session.I helped customers with their iPhone payment plan applications and gave options. I cleaned phones and put on the screen protectors on the different models of iPhone from 6/7-11 pro max.I helped customers buy the perfect gift for a friend colleague, family member or themselves. When asked helped or when I offered to I helped them set up their new or first ever Apple Product. I checked in people to their genius bar appointments and assigned them to the different tables and sofas to be met with a member of the genius team.I helped with click and collect orders and well as running the products to customers when helping the stock team out. I did replenishment and stock count and set up clean up of our products before the store opened and closed when on those shifts. Helping students, parents, business owners and families with kids find the perfect product for their specific needs. Working as part of the operations team I run out products to be purchased or that have been already. I scan in returned items I prepare demo devices to be used and clean them and bring them backstage once given to me. I have helped with deliveries as well as building the demo Apple Vision Pro foe demonstration purposes on the shop floor and run the device out when requested. Once a reverse has been made I take back the Apple Vision Pro and clean all the parts scan them all back in and check the lenses clean them and scan them in and put them in their respective drawers. There is a lot to the role but it great when you have helped answer a query from a customer and helped as best you can. Sure doing 20,000 steps a day can be tiring and being exhausted from all the runner requests is a lot but seeing someone experience something for the first time never gets old!
