The British company “Seatwave”, a secondhand online marketplace for tickets between fans with head office in London and online-markets in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and The Netherlands provided me with a deep insight into the management of online ticketing businesses. I was constantly in touch with British and German clients, observing everything that was happening on the market, I selected & listed events (concerts, festivals, performances, football games etc.) on our website with all relevant information regarding artists, venues, sport teams etc.
Within the international CSI network, I worked for CSI & MenCheck's joint project dedicated to LGBT rights and awareness on STD (particularly HIV/AIDS) in the male gay scene in Berlin. The project aimed at raising awareness on the topic via diverse outreach actions & live performances and explored related fields such as illegal prostutuion and drug consumption in modern day Berlin.
Within the international CSI network, I worked for the CSI & Hendrik-Kraemer-Haus joint project focused on forced labor in Berlin during the Second World War. The project aimed at making young people aware of topics such as labor and objectification, allienation and exploitation, trauma, personal history and war with a broader insight into modern forms of slavery, child labor and forced labor in Africa, The Middle and The Far East countries.
The position I occupied as an Outreach Manager provided me with experience in the project and event management. I hosted and moderated political debates and press conferences, managed and organized film screenings, theatre performances and art exhibitions. I wrote press releases, event descriptions, I developed and maintained our site's content ia CMSs and Macromedia Dream Weaver, the editorial calendar and the monthly program of the institution. I developed and maintained our weekly and monthly bilingual newsletter, our identity campaigns and causes, and was continuously in touch with artists, journalists, media practitioners, partners and public
