M is a leading Strategy, Marketing, Communications and Events Agency that provides organisations with integrated solutions across a variety of channels. M prides itself on creativity and innovation. In Voice, we create shareable digital content from web design to online campaigns to social media strategies and integration. Our team develops ideas, offers out of the box thinking and creates memorable interactions.
As the Digital Project Coordinator, I worked very closely with the Head of Digital and Senior Project Management team and a team to ensure the success of digital projects from brief to completion. Below was what my day-to-day looked like:
-Built and maintained a positive relationship with suppliers, freelancers, and various recruiters
-Understood project and resource briefs to find the appropriate resources for various digital projects
-Set up and ensured new resources were completing their timesheets
-Supported and managed the time of contract and freelance staff
-Worked very closely with the finance department
-Maintained and updated various project budgets
-Supported and worked closely with the Head of Digital to run the day-to-day duties of the entire department
-Assisted the team with research and development for live jobs, pitches, and social media research and strategy
