Maintaining daily sales targets (store targets always achieved)
Planning and preparing for events in our store – marketing, giving information to costumers, buying products and preparing the store and the team. Coordinate during the event – ensure everyone was in their place and giving a WOW experience to costumers!
Assist Store Manager with finding new ways to add – and increase – sales all over the sales floor.

Open the store using our start of day procedures (counting our two cash registers, write a pre-shift for the bearbuilders and final touch ups in the store) and closing the store using our end of day procedures. When closing the store – ensure the store is ”Grand Opening ready” at all times.
Maintain daily awareness of merchandise in stock and current marketing campaigns. Process store orders and defect items as needed.
Execute visual presentation using BABW visual standars guideline and store presentation looks.
Contribute to a good team environment in the store by recognizing bearbuilders success and helping to boost team morale.
Responsible for training our new bearbuilders using our ”Must See Behaviours”
