Development Team [cognizant]. • Defined process for IPT and Release Managers. Worked very closely to Release managers making sure all the QA Gates are passed before moving onto the next stage and making sure the release schedule is followed. • Agreed on the scope. Executed and managed the project according to the project plan.     • Lead a global team responsible for the BAU and Enhancements of several of Allstate's major applications, including Propagator (a Mainframe application) and Alliance (an Allstate agent application). Alliance is a web based Java application that facilitates the sale of Allstate's personal Property and Auto lines under a Corrective Action PMO group. • Each teams consisted of 5-10 people. Handled around 30-40 people across 15-20 projects under a PMO environment. My team was spread across Chicago, Newark, Belfast, Derry, Mumbai and Bangalore. • Managed multiple project deliveries each with a budget of 50k – 1 million from initiation through to deployment. • Regular Stakeholder meetings between Legal, Business Owner, BA, Developers and Testers. • Engage appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation. • Assess and report health of all projects in an objective manner, maintaining project transparency and accurate status; keeping program manager, delivery area leads and portfolio manager informed. • Responsible for Access Control for the systems and applications used by the members of the projects.
