• Regular interaction and workshops were carried out with Delivery Managers, Business Architects, System Analysts, Programme Managers, IT Ops, Release Managers, Test Team and Database Team, extending to the integration of the 3rd Party supplier ‘Version 1’ to define both the technical solution and integrated process across the teams using agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Handled a team of 15 Stakeholders across Dublin and India consisting of third party suppliers i.e. Release management Team [IBM], Test Services Team [TCS], Cloud team [Version 1]. Development Team [cognizant].
• Defined process for IPT and Release Managers. Worked very closely to Release managers making sure all the QA Gates are passed before moving onto the next stage and making sure the release schedule is followed.
• Agreed on the scope. Executed and managed the project according to the project plan. Create WBS and schedules for the projects.
• Clear and precise project progress was communication to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Ability to negotiate with resources, track progress, identify and resolve issues, risks and conflicts.
• Follow consistent processes, standards and methodologies and suggested process improvements to enhance the capability to handle the projects more efficiently.
• Experience in using defect management systems, such as Jira
• Used SharePoint for storing project documentation. This helped the senior management and the stakeholders to keep a daily track on the progress of the projects.
• Identified that the Regression Test Packs were not testing through the Service groups but hitting the Services directly. Jenkins job was modified accordingly for all future tests.
• Identified key gaps in the current Delivery plan and was able to resolve them on time.

• Lead a global team responsible for the BAU and Enhancements of several of Allstate's major applications, including Propagator (a Mainframe application) and Alliance (an Allstate agent application). Alliance is a web based Java application that facilitates the sale of Allstate's personal Property and Auto lines under a Corrective Action PMO group.
• Each teams consisted of 5-10 people. Handled around 30-40 people across 15-20 projects under a PMO environment. My team was spread across Chicago, Newark, Belfast, Derry, Mumbai and Bangalore.
• Managed multiple project deliveries each with a budget of 50k – 1 million from initiation through to deployment.
• Regular Stakeholder meetings between Legal, Business Owner, BA, Developers and Testers.
• Engage appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation.
