About me
A highly zealous, adornment-obsessed creative and imaginative Fashion Design Graduate with experience working in various environments. Currently seeking graduate design work in the luxury side of the fashion industry. Meticulously driven, with a rosy outlook, excellent people skills and a speedy learner. Enjoying researching, developing and visualising trends, has a natural curiosity about culture and context, actively seeking knowledge, and applying it all to projects and personal practices. All while weaving in a craft for storytelling.

  • The Journey
The JourneyThis project was my submission for the Louise Xin Couture-Sustainable Future Design Competition. I dedicated this project for the sake of the refugees, telling the story of a little Syrian girl on a big journey. I saw sustainable options by using already existing garments and materials, by up-cycling, saving manufacturing resources and create new garments with repurchased fabrics and trimmings. I also put a big weight in culture as I believe refugees brings cultures together. As a way to show

Short Course in Fashion and TextilesRawalpindi Institute of Art and Design
     - Rawalpindi, Pakistan
During my gap year, I went to Pakistan and took up a short course in traditional fashion and textiles. I learned skills such as hand embroidery, different printing techniques and dyeing processes and pattern cutting techniques used specifically in Pakistani clothing. This course really helped me find my creative voice. I continually use the techniques I learned in this course in my practice, as an addition to the skills I honed from my degree.
